@ 3:10 WHAT SHOW IS THAT FROM. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I watch these because im too scared to watch the movies. Midsommar el terror no espera la noche (2019. Midsommar el terror no espera la noche trailer. I thought he was going to explain. Not narrate everything that I just saw.

Midsommar: el terror no espera la noche letra

Midsommar el terror no espera la noche critica. Hated the ending. The scene where Christian was tripping and the guy clapped in his face is super disturbing to me for some reason. The thing with this movie is you either love it and watch it for the second time or you'll hate it. My aunt was in a cult for a while when she was younger. Because my mother was a model at the time, they had convinced my aunt that modelling and having her picture taken had allowed her to be possessed by the devil. Their relationship was broken for a while, until she finally got out. Thank you for a well-considered review of this film. lol, and my praise doesn't have anything to do with how much I agree with you about all the points you mention (I especially will be looking for the next Ari Aster film, for instance. One thing I am extremely puzzled by is the amount of work put into the mythology of the cult, yet there seem to be screeching howlers in the logic that spoils what tries to be (and, at least in some of the first 20 minutes do clash for the college students with the rest of the film. but then again, Aster's intelligence makes me wonder if even this is true. Kudos to the two guys who are credited with creating the mythology at the end of the film. My biggest complaint. and many others follow from this pattern of continuity-neglect, let's call it. is the failure to do basic math. By this I mean, if you pay close enough attention to the cultists explanations of Festival times, cycle-times, etc., and you do the math. obviously believing the cultists aren't lying. there is no way the cult would still be in existence, almost certainly extinct not too long after it's first 80-year cycle where Midsommar is supposedly celebrated again and again. If you ever re-watch the film, perhaps you could keep my comment in mind and do the math yourself and correct me if I'm wrong. Numbers play a huge role in the mythology. especially the number 9 (which begs the questions, again, of why the cycle is then 80 years long and not 81 years-long or even 90) and its divisible number, all that is for trivial pursuit type questions but a sign of a lapse in intellectual rigor by Aster, perhaps? Following you now. Thanks again.

Something I think you may have missed, but I think the elder lady who jumped from the cliff looks very similar to how I would have imagined an elderly Florence Pugh to look. Midsommar: el terror no espera la noche de. Midsommar: el terror no espera la noche para. When I watch Parasite vs Midsommar, I feel it. Best vs worst movie of the year. My bro recommended it to me and I know the whole story by continuously skipping it for 10 minutes. I regreted watching it.

Im wondering if youre thoughts on this have changed at all if youve seen it a second time. Mine definitely changed because when I first saw it I wasnt sure but after a second and third time (the directors cut) and I love it.

Actually A Pretty Fair Assessment of A Bad Movie - It all just seems to be stuff that happened with no reason given.

I love how they dont say what the tragedy is in the Trailer. 17 minutes of spoilers and I still have no idea what this movie is about. I think the whole story was highly compelling, and from my point of view, it's a masterpiece, the story never felt like a drag, everything makes sense when u put urself into Dani's perspective, and everything wins a deep meaning.

Someone in my circle had the audacity to say there was no tension in this movie. Excuse me. Midsommar: el terror no espera la noche pelicula completa. Professional Swedish woman here: 1. Add some sins for the runes to be incorrect. Really man they just suck, all of them are just a jumble of different letters meaning nothing. And they're supposed to be in Hälsingland, a part of Sweden with the most runestones. One of these runes isn't even a rune! It's just a slob of lines! Aaahh! 2. Ättestupan is an actual thing. But from what I've heard from my family we didn't sacrifice old people of it, we just yeeted them of a cliff to their death because they became a burden for our families and we couldn't take care of them any more. I'd guess it would be around 1840-1850 if it ever happened. I don't think we've ever done it, it's more of a running joke. I'll ask my mom. 3. Runic embroidery on dresses. I have never seen that. Ever. Not even on clothes from the viking era. Vikings just didn't write that much. 4. The painting inside their bedroom are of the kind that can be found inside old churches. They used to be painted onto the ceiling and served as an education tool for those who couldn't read. I'm not sure if there are any, but from what I know there are none with runes on. If there are writing it would be in Carolingian miniscule, a latin alphabet the monks used when describing their texts. 5. The pissing scene. Honestly, no one in Sweden would care. As long as you're a little bit off into the bushes, back facing the people, piss away. We even send it in television. 6. The maypole is supposed to be a symbol of fertility. It's literally supposed to be a giant dick. I still dance around it. I think they tried to do a vagina maypole some years back. 7. Everyone knows English. Sure, a bunch of older folks have really thick accents, but it is really rare to find someone who don't know any English at all. 8. Skål. Yes, skål is Swedish for cheers. Otherwise a perfect depiction of my midsommar.

Och det är därför jag var hemma nykter ikväll. 🇸🇪 #SwedishChef #Midsommar. I had bad anxiety attacks that led me to breath wrongly, so my doctor suggested because I dont exclude everything to refresh how to meditate again because I used to do it before. So found a group and I was engaged at that point they where super nice, told me that because they heard me talking about how I use to meditate and got often very deep so everything around me was so called closed off. I had a gift they felt it, because Im a sensitive but my sensitivity made me be more aware. They found it od I was suspicious about everything. I told look I got out the claws of my family and had and still deal with it. I should go with them on a retreat for a weekend, no phone, no radio or tv, no newspapers I said no. They immediately started that my fiancé was going to ruin my live because he didnt understand me as they did. The next event was a whole week both time there was a pick up point but you wouldnt know where you went upfront once again I said no, had my fiancé and my work as a nurse aid and couldnt leave. After that I stayed away, but it was like they tried once again when I met someone of that group oh you look so unhappy and your aura is so dark! Its polluted by your fiancé. I told her, no youre reading me wrong dear with a Boeddha smile on my face, Im happy and look forward to my live with him he does understand me more than all of you. We are married for nearly 27 years he learned to understand my sensitivity for a lot of things. He calls it my antenna for situations. I have seen first hand what cults had as result on people, some learn to live again and some are beyond a stage they are suspicious of ever kind word or act. Some even mentally unstable. That was my work as a nurse aid that provided help at peoples home to get them back on their feet after staying in a mental hospital because the family was worried of suicidal behavior. They needed extra help.

He used to get constant phone calls from the church he joined (later found not to be a real church just a cult) telling them that god wouldnt love him if he didnt donate to them, and they just kept calling him and calling him. Eventually, he had no money left to pay for anything, but the church just kept calling no matter how many times he hung up. He ended up taking his life. Cults ruin lives, and I dont understand how those people who are leaders of that can live with themselves. I never met him, he died before I was born, but my grandma has never said anything but nice things about him.
